As I suspected I didn’t finish A Dance with Dragons in
August, so I’ll try and finish it in September, but it’s like enormous. I like
it so far, so yeah. Several of my favourite characters are in it, unlike in the
previous one. I liked that one too, but here I have Tyrion, so whoop whoop.
In what is about to become the theme for this blog I
am going to try to finish the Amber Spyglass. I have at least started it this
time, so I have a bigger chance of finishing it. I also like it a lot, so
there’s a possibility I’ll finish it.
I’ll finish it, I’ll try so hard to finish it. I like
it so much and I sort of want to read more Austen now. So I’ll try to do that
eventually. But yeah. Persuasion, I’ll try to finish that.
On Goodreads I’m doing this A-Z challenge, and because
I’m suddenly panicking I need to read some books that start with certain
letters. It’s not the reason I’m reading it, it’s the reason I’m reading it at
this point in time (I’m not pretentious in any way). So I'm gonna read Brand New
World by Aldous Huxley.
I thought I’d try to read more books in my native
language, and I’m kicking it off with a translation from Swedish. You know,
that makes sense. I mean I can read Swedish, but it is harder than reading
Norwegian so I’ll read the translation of Let the Right one in. It’s apparently
a very creepy kind of vampire novel. I like them when they’re scary.
As I said, A-Z challenge: I’m reading books beginning
with each letter of the alphabet, and here, to do off with the K-book. To Kill
a Mockingbird. I really just want to read it, and here is my chance. I’ve even
bought it, cause it’s not like I have way too many books.
