Booktube-a-thon: wrap up

The Booktube-a-thon has passed, we’re done, wow. It wasn’t a great time for me to do a read-a-thon. It would seem like a good time, because it was my holiday, but I was always travelling, doing stuff, so I didn’t have enough time to read, which was a bit sucky. But still, I did read some, so let’s look at what I read.

Books read: 3
Saga, Volume #1 by Brian K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples
A Short history of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson
Vidunderbarn by Roy Jacobsen

Pages read: 1084

Book challenges completed: 3
A book with pictures
A book someone else chose for me
A book from the genre I have read the least of this year

Video/blog challenges completed: 2
My top three books I’ve read because of Booktube
A short story made of the words from three booktitles

Final thoughts:

I didn’t get a lot of reading done in the last three days of the challenge because I went away with my sister and her boyfriend and most of our time was spent not reading and walking around and just hanging out instead, so there wasn’t any time. Also I only have about 100 pages left of the Republic of Thieves, so that’s good. Bout of Books is doing another read-a-thon in August, and I’ll try to do that one
